With a decade of various experiences across the social impact ecosystem, Greg brings a unique perspective, background, and transparency to this role. Greg is passionate about building innovative financing models to improve and scale outcomes in resource-limited environments. Most recently at Project Evident, Greg served in a variety of roles including building strategic evidence plans for community organizations, creating customized impact frameworks, performing data analysis to improve programming and inform strategic decision-making, and working directly with community-based organizations to improve outcomes. Prior to Project Evident, Greg worked to expand healthcare access to rural and urban communities in the Mountain West, managed a Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation grant through Columbia University Medical Center, and structured Pay for Success projects at Sorenson Impact Center.

Jayla’s expansive background working in research, grant writing, direct service, and local government allows her to approach program design and evaluation from a holistic perspective. She is dedicated to centering community perspectives and needs. From working with Alaska Native Communities on the front of our climate crisis to developing innovative programs that support individuals in launching their careers, Jayla weaves story-telling, data, and community needs to secure sustainable funding for programs that truly make a difference.
